SICK VISITS
Please CALL the office at 662-820-0079 for sick visits. Daily appointments are available for established patients who are in need of SICK VISITS.
NEW PATIENTS
New patient forms sent by text must be completed before appointments will be changed from WAITLIST to confirmed. Forms must be completed within 72 hours.
